At C3 Church Robina we have a strong men’s area.
Our men’s area is referred to as REAL MEN: men who are real in their relationships with God, with each other, with their wives/girlfriends and their children.
We endeavor to help men build these real relationships with people and lead their families by offering the following activities specific to men:
- The foundation of our men’s area is our connect groups. Men meet fortnightly to build good relationships with each other and to encourage each other in doing life well. Many of the men who come are not yet part of our church. Connect groups are therefore, a doorway to connection with God and church.
- Several times a year, we hold Men’s breakfasts. These are opportunities for men to network and hear from exciting speakers about men’s issues, whilst enjoying superb food.
- Also, men are offered the opportunity to attend an Encounter experience. This involves a getaway to a fantastic location (Byron Bay in '06) where for one and a half days men focus on men’s issues both practical and spiritual. In a supportive atmosphere, men are encouraged to be the best they can be and to build their personal relationship with Jesus.
